GHOST BUSTERS SPIRITS UNLEASHED (2022, UE4)

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed features a range of unique ghosts, each with abilities that provide different challenges for the Ghostbusters. One of my favorite ghosts is Muncher, a mischievous and opportunistic entity known for its ability to consume various objects in the environment. Muncher covers Ghostbusters in slime slowing them down. Additionally, Muncher can eat items around the levels, like chairs and boxes, and use that energy to gain strength or create distractions.
Other ghosts in the game, like the Poltergeist, focus on manipulating the environment, throwing objects, and creating chaos. The Revenant, a more aggressive and resilient ghost, can charge at players and possess objects to defend itself. Meanwhile, the Haunter uses psychological tactics, creating hallucinations and traps to disorient the Ghostbusters and make their mission more difficult.
Each ghost type requires different strategies from the Ghostbusters, as they must adapt to the unique powers and behavior of each enemy. The diversity of ghosts, including Muncher’s eating-based mischief, allows for players to explore many types of gameplay styles.
My role on Ghost Busters Spirits Unleashed was Game Designer focusing on Ghost abilities, I worked on the project towards the end of production (2022).
